The only man makers equipment that you really need is the following: dumbbells. There are however many different man makers variations that you can try out that may require different types of man makers equipment or may even require no equipment at all.

    Whoa - just did Man Makers for the first time yesterday (am I now a man...?) and they are like 6 exercises in one lol I did 3 sets of 5 reps at the end of my workout with a 30 lb dumbbell in each hand and they were exhausting. These are definitely a great full body exercise and a great exercise to do in a HIIT style workout at the very end to burn yourself out though. Give them a try!
