Full Bar Science

One of the most refreshing things about FullBar is the fact that it makes no wild claims about being a miracle supplement to solve all of your weight-related problems. FullBar snacks are based on scientific knowledge that Dr. Snyder is trained and licensed to practice.

This is significant when you consider that many nutritional supplement companies are started by businesspeople or amateur athletes with no medical training.

FullBar snack bars are made with natural ingredients including wheat, soy, and a variety of other things intended to supply users with protein and fiber in a low-calorie snack. If Dr. Snyder's research is correct, these ingredients fill a good portion of the stomach, and set there for a while, to make one feel full for a longer period of time.

For optimal success FullBar suggests users consume a bar approximately 30 minutes before a meal. This is supposed to help you feel full and reduce the amount of food you consume.

If there's anything disappointing about FullBar's scientific claims it is that the company website doesn't readily reveal all of the ingredients and how they are beneficial. It's almost as though they make their claims and then ask us to simply trust them because the products were developed by a medical doctor.

This is not so unusual in the nutritional supplement industry, but FullBar is trying to distinguish itself as a product for people with a serious health issue. To accomplish this, they should be more forthright with this information.

FullBar Products

In addition to their original snack bars, the FullBarcompany also produces two other similar products.

Their FullBar FullBites supplement is simply a smaller version of the snack bars and is designed to be used between meals to curb hunger.

The FullBar Truffills supplement is designed to be taken after a meal in order to satisfy the natural desire for sweets. It is intended to be a dessert alternative to consuming cakes, pies, ice cream, or other high calorie items.

Other products distributed by FullBar include a protein shake intended to keep you full throughout the day. The shake comes in both chocolate and vanilla flavors.

FullBar also distributes multivitamins for men and women that are allegedly packed with vitamins and minerals which support weight loss.

Finally, the Full Book is a relatively short read, written by Dr. Snyder, to explain his principle of “A Life Without Dieting.”

FullBar Product Purchasing

All FullBar products can be ordered online through the company store.

FullBar pricing seems to be a bit steep at first glance. Using the snack bars as an example, consumers who purchase a two-month supply end up paying around $1.25 per bar.

The cost of FullBar snack bars seems fairly reasonable when comparing them to other weight loss products on the market. The only concern here is in determining what qualifies as a two month supply. Obviously, the person who consumes two bars per day will spend twice as much in real dollars than someone who consumes just one.

FullBar Quality

FullBar appears to be a company that legitimately cares about the health and weight of its customers. They offer a Small Steps program walks users through the use of their products and track their progress.

In addition, FullBar has a social media presence on Facebook and Twitter, while Dr. Snyder maintains a regularly updated blog. These outlets provide a means of publishing success stories of individual consumers as an encouragement to others. The ability to post on Facebook and Twitter also allows users to connect with one another.

Consumers battling with weight issues, yet unable to qualify for bariatric surgery, now have an alternative in FullBar. The company and its products seem to be of significant value to those trying to lose weight.

Although no product or weight-loss program works for everyone, FullBar is worth a look.  To compare FullBar products with other weight loss products that are currently on the market, use the supplement finder now!
