Mega-Pro OTC Pharmaceuticals

Mega-Pro makes two over-the-counter medications, Bronch-ese and Rapid Action Ephedrine. These expectorants and brochodilators are made with ephedrine HCL (25g) and guaifenesin (200g).

• Bronch-ese and Rapid Action Ephedrine are for relief from asthma symptoms, such as tightness of breath and wheezing, and loosen mucus to drain the bronchial tubes, allowing you to cough up phlegm.
• Bronch-ese and Rapid Action Ephedrine’s doses are typical of OTC drugs. People over 12 years old should take one tablet every four to six hours and not exceed four doses in a 24-hour period. You should talk with your healthcare provider before giving them to children under 12 years old.
• Due to restrictions set by the Drug Enforcement Administration, you can only buy 12 packs (10 tablets per pack) of Bronch-ese per order and only 24 packs every 30 days.
• Similarly, Mega-Pro may only sell six packs of Rapid Action Ephedrine per order and 12 packs in a 30-day period. One pack of Rapid Action Ephedrine contains 24 tablets.

The company also made another OTC medication for asthma symptoms, Vasopro Ephedrine, but it’s been discontinued.

Mega-Pro’s Workout and Diet Guides

In addition to nutritional supplements and OTC drugs, Mega-Pro offers you workout and diet guides on its website. The workout guide explains the basics of weight training and then goes into more detail about how you need both weight training and cardiovascular workout in order to lose weight.

The Mega-Pro workout guide also has tips for working out, explanations for a bunch of different exercises and four routines that you can make your own.

The diet guide first focuses on how fats have gotten a bad rap and carbs have taken over. Eating a low (or no) fat diet that is high in carbohydrates has been a popular diet form, but it’s counterproductive because the excess carbs turn into fat.

The Mega-Pro diet guide describes other aspects of diet, like the glycemic index, and gives you basic information about starting to eat a healthy diet.
