MPR and MPR Pump

Muscle Performance Regulator makes a product called MPR Pump. It was designed with a different method to the true meaning of the pump term. The term pump in body building refers to the increased blood flow to the muscles that make it bigger in size. Pump occurs when one lifts heavy weights and there is not too long of a rest in between sets of lifting. This causes the muscles to swell, and the swollenness is a result of increased blood flow.

  • The process of increasing blood flow through lifting is referred to progressive muscle overload. Muscle Performance Regulator developed MPR Pump from a scientific stand point, which is different than a lot of the other supplement companies out there. Unlike some other pre workout products, MPR Pump is not meant only to increase nitric oxide. The product is made to help with real increases in muscle growth and for those who really want to work on progressive overload.

For the best results, MPR Pump should be taken about 30 minutes to 45 minutes prior to working out. It can be mixed with water or another beverage of choice. To get more intensity and pump, drink another 12 -16 ounces of water during your workout. If you are using it for the first time, begin with only half a scoop in water. It should not be taken within 4 hours of going to bed, as it will more than likely affect the ability to sleep well.

MPR and MPR Amino

MPR Amino has a 4:1:1 BCAA Ratio and is intended to support the recovery of overworked muscles. It helps to prevent or decrease the breakdown of muscle protein. It is a supplement that is absorbed quickly, is easy and convenient to use, and is sugar and stimulant free.

The main ingredients include an amino blend of L- Isoleucine, L- Leucine, and L- Valine. It also includes citric acid, artificial and natural flavors, acesulfame K, and Sucralose.  It comes in three flavors, orange, blue raspberry, and fruit punch.

For the best results, MPR Amino should be taken right before training or after. It can be mixed with water, juice, or a different beverage of your choice.

MPR and Side Effects

As with any supplement, the products from MPR have possible side effects for certain people. Always speak with you health care provider before deciding to take these supplements. You should stop taking the product if you notice tremors, sleeplessness, nervousness, dizziness, heart palpitations, or headaches.

 Certain health conditions that put users at higher risk include cardiac arrythmia, abnormal blood pressure, liver, thyroid, or heart disease, stroke, depression, anxiety, psychiatric disease, seizures, pernicious anemia, diabetes, or an enlarged prostate. If you are taking any medication, especially an MAO inhibitor, speak with your doctor.

Individuals who are pregnant or breast feeding should not take the supplements. Neither should those who suffer from Hyper Beta- Alaninemia or tend to dehydrate easily.
