NutriBreads Unique Protein Supplement

For users trying to gain muscle, one of the first lessons learned is the cutting out of carbs. People think protein when trying to build muscle, so their daily toast and butter often gets turned into a chalky protein shake.

The gimmick of NutriBreads is that you can still have your toast and still be fit and healthy. The company develops bread products packed with protein and that retain bakery-quality taste.

NutriBreads’ Origins and P28

The marketing idea came to the brothers as they themselves were trying to get fit. They were told they would have to eat better quality food to obtain the “ripped” type of bodies they wanted.

Being bakers, they didn’t want to give up their delicious, fresh baked bread. What they did was set out to make delicious bread healthier.

Together with their personal trainer, and after a year of trial and errors, they developed a product they named P28, and the first bodybuilding bread was born! P28 Bread does not have any chemicals or artificial ingredients, as do most other protein products.

NutriBreads High Protein Bread Formula

The formula is all natural and is made from true whole wheat and healthy grains such as oats, flax and sunflower seeds, and millet.

The protein power comes from the whey protein isolate baked in, which gives two slices of bread over 28 grams of pure protein. The benefits don’t stop at a mega dose of protein, as this bread also contains eight amino acids that boost energy, omega 3 content, and high fiber content.

NutriBreads, Dieting and Dosage

The best part about this nutritional supplement product is the fact it tastes like real bread. It toasts just like ordinary bread, and tastes like bakery bread despite having high protein content in every bite.

  • Taking your NutriBreads dosage is rather fun, as you can add spoonful of peanut butter to bread, instead of putting it in a morning shake. All you need in terms of dosage is one slice of P28 and a spoonful of peanut butter before a workout and you are set for the pre-workout meal.
  • You eat the P28 bread just as you would eat a normal slice. The company’s website also offers motivating recipes and images to help promote their line of specialty bread.
  • They post pictures of decadent desserts like P28 cheesecake French toast, which amazingly only has 208 calories. There are also pictures of banana pecan toast, open faced croque monsieur, P28 egg and cheese sandwiches, and paninis.

The newest product to be featured on the NutriBreads website is P28 bagels. Think of a thick, New York style bagel, but with higher protein and nutrient content.

  • Just like the P28 bread, the bagels contain 100% whole wheat and 28 grams of protein per bagel. You can add 28 grams of protein to your breakfast without any great effort, simply by switching to the company’s specialty bread.
  • Reviewers are raving about the company’s bagels, and just in case you have doubts, NutriBreads is willing to send out a trial size portion for $3.99.

NutriBreads in the Media

Other products offered by NutriBreads include combo packs of bread and bagels and t-shirts bearing the company’s logos for both men and women.

Though the company is somewhat new, it has very quickly earned a stellar reputation. NutriBreads has been featured in nutrition and sports magazines such as FLEX, MuscleMag, Natural Muscle, Post-Standard and SLAM.

In FLEX, there was a comparison page which was written by a doctor which shows the nutritional and bodybuilding benefits of P28 bread as compared to 100% whole-wheat grain bread.

NutriBreads bread is certainly the first of its kind, and when taking according to dosage indications, has no associated side effects. If you are looking for a way to increase your protein intake without having to turn to shakes or pills then NutriBreads’ line of breads and bagels may be a delicious alternative.
