  2. Try to keep your head still as much as possible
  3. Push off from the balls of your feet (not the toes).
  4. Keep your elbows at 90 degrees at all times

Variations

  1. All performed on one foot... Jump into the first square, then jump to the right outside of the first square. Then jump into the next square, then jump outside to the left of the current square, then jump into the next square. Repeat this sequence, criss-crossing, for the length of the ladder.
  2. Perform with two feet
  3. Switch between left and right foot after every square.
