    The barbell hip thrust is an awesome exercise for the glutes! I have noticed that if my feet our too far out then I start to feel it more in my hamstrings. So if you want to target the glutes then be sure your knees are directly over your ankles and feel the burn! Here is a very detailed article on the hip thrusts if you have any questions or concerns about performing the move properly.

    These are no joke! I tried them on a whim one workout, but now throw them into every deadlift day to really hammer the backs of the leg.
