The only burpee pull-up equipment that you really need is the following: chin-up bar. There are however many different burpee pull-up variations that you can try out that may require different types of burpee pull-up equipment or may even require no equipment at all.

  2. Do not let hips sag down while in the push-up position.
  3. Complete each rep as quickly as possible in good form

  2. Try different grips while pulling up (hook grip recommended)
  3. Perform exercise wearing a weighted vest for increased resistance.
