    I think the chest dip is a great body weight exercise for building your chest that has been mostly forgotten. It's similar to a normal dip you just lean forward to target your chest more. If you don't have access to a gym and your tired of push-up variations this is nice change of pace! Just make sure you don't go deeper into the movement that your shoulders allow.
