- Step 1: Start on your hands and knees with your back in the neutral position. At this point, your wrists and knees are your base.
- Step 2: Rest your elbows and hands on the floor. Your forearms are now your base.
- Step 3: Form a tripod base with your elbows and hands by grasping your hands together and keeping your elbows aligned with your shoulders.
- Step 4: Tuck your toes, exhale, and extend legs while pushing your hips upward. Keep back straight and head aligned with back.
- Step 5: Once dolphin pose is completed, inhale and return to beginning position.
