  3. Be sure to wear loose fitting shorts or spandex to allow for a free range of motion.

Variations

  1. Perform exercise in a stationary spot (known as a Spiderman Push-Up). Hands will be parallel to each other as if you were doing a traditional push-up and feet will be raise off the ground.
  2. Perform exercise with a weighted vest for increased resistance.
  3. Perform walking push-ups.
