leg outs is a pilates and warm-up exercise that primarily targets the abs and to a lesser degree also targets the glutes, hip flexors and quads.

The only leg outs equipment that you really need is the following: exercise mat. There are however many different leg outs variations that you can try out that may require different types of leg outs equipment or may even require no equipment at all.
