- Step 1: Grab a medicine ball with both hands and hold above your head.
- Step 2: Stand with feet very wide, about twice shoulder width apart.
- Step 3: Begin exercise by rotating to your left and dropping down into a lunge while lowering the ball toward the ground.
- Step 4: Come up out of the lunge and begin rotating back to the opposite side for the desired repetitions.
