ok, a sprint is clearly not giving enough points. so here's how I'm gonna enter it next time :
    1 rep = 10 yard accelaration
    4 rep = 40 yard dash
    5 rep = 50 meters sprint
    10 rep = 100 meters sprint
    20 rep = 200 meters sprint
    40 rep = 400 meters run
More than this is impossible (more a run than a sprint) Each real "rep" will be a set. 10 yard worth at least a tuck jump, so I think it's fair.
    What y'a think ?

A sprint is an amazing exercise to hit some major muscle groups while burning a serious amount of calories! A sprint doesn't have to be any certain speed but rather whatever YOUR full out, can't go any faster, running your absolute hardest is. Just hit the outdoors and GO! your entire lower body will be engaged, and be sure to keep your core tight to hit your abs too.

Sprints are awesome - but I am biased, I race sprints from 60m to 400m. Hard to log, I've done many more reps than I can count.

I've managed to maintain much of my strength during track season from sprint work, when training is too intense to fit in the gym.
