  1. Place hands on a bench and perform exercise. Can be done with or without Valslides.
  2. Perform a traditional mountain climber without Valslides. Remember, in this version the feet come off the ground when raising knee to chest.
  3. Place hands on a medicine ball or Swiss ball.
