Welcome to my Cover Ready Workout Challenge! Who wants to get Cover Ready with me!?! The Cover Ready Workout challenge starts on Monday, June 4th with your first workout showing on your Journal. For 5-weeks, everyone will be doing the same daily workouts that I used to prepare for my Muscle and Fitness March 2018 Cover. If you dedicate five weeks to this program starting June 4th and ending July 8th, I can get you Cover Ready! The Program consists of 4 heavy lifting days and 4-5 cardio sessions per week. Each week the program intensifies pushing your body to new limits, packing on muscle and torching body fat. Prepare to see crazy results! Training is only part of the equation; I cannot stress the importance of nutrition enough. Without the proper nutrition, a great program will produce less than optimal results.
