Death Crawl Mania - Intense Circuit Training - Advanced Training Warning: You must be in good cardiorespiratory/conditioned shape in order to perform these circuits. Death Crawl Mania is an intense, threshold type of training that combines Calisthenics, Plyometric, and Core exercises, along with the conditioning of the "Death Crawl," all interconnected together into a circuit. This intense style of training which combines anaerobic and aerobic exercises into a non-stop circuit challenges the cardiorespiratory and neuromuscular systems and allows the exerciser to burn maximal calories. It's possible to burn anywhere from 400 to 1200 calories depending on the intensity and duration of each circuit. Note: All Death Crawl Mania Circuits are performed outside. They can be done in your own yard or grassy area, but it’s best if they are performed at a park, open field, football, baseball, soccer field, or any open area. No equipment needed. This system combines cardio and resistance training exercises to strengthen and build muscle, and to burn the maximal amount of calories in the least amount of time. No nonsense workout. If you are serious and looking for a workout that produces results, then this workout is for you. Note: It is challenging and at times can be painful.
