LIVE HIIT Classes Every Week!

A true group experience, we can support each other before, during and after each class. This group is for 2 x 25-30 minute long HIIT classes twice per week with me as your instructor. The class includes a full warm-up and cool down, so all you need to do is show up with a smile ;-) The Class Schedule will be posted every Sunday and the workouts will alternate between Monday & Wednesday 7AM EST or Tuesday & Thursday 4PM EST. This will give most people across different timezones the chance to tune in LIVE. Of course I will consider other times to accommodate high demand. Prior to the live event (which will be held via Google Hangouts), you will receive a written breakdown of what to expect, along with what equipment I recommend having to hand, but with alternatives offered. You will be able to print out the PDF in case there is an interruption in the streaming signal. The great thing about Google Hangouts is that if you miss the live event, you can still do the class at your convenience as it will be recorded on a private link which I will provide after the class. To increase the cohesive group atmosphere, feel free to give props to your class mates and also keep track of how you're doing! It really won't matter what timezone you are in because you can tune in if you can but you can catch it later if the times clash. Because this is a group, I would love to begin discussions about the classes and what you enjoyed or what you struggled with. Basically, I hope to upload other videos that will break exercises down into easy to learn segments. So along with the classes, you will get bonuses along the way!
