This is the Strong Like a Mom group. This group is for moms and moms-to-be who want to feel strong and confident in their bodies before and after birth.
I am a pre-and postnatal exercise specialist, DONA trained birth doula pending certification, and mom of two. Through strength and empowerment, my mission is to build a community of awesome women in all stages of life who help and support one another in their journey to find strength and confidence. In my time off, I like to pretend I'm Betty Crocker and bake all the things.
The community in this group is phenomenal. Not only is there coaching from a qualified pre-and postnatal specialist, but you have support from people who are actually in the thick of it with you. Whether you're newly pregnant with your first, a pregnant mom with a toddler, or a more season mom with older kiddos, these core and pelvic floor safe programs and recovery methods will help you feel strong in your body through the demands of mom life.
