The belly fat burner belt is also supposed to increase the body temperature around your stomach which is supposed to stimulate weight loss from that area by increasing the metabolic rate in that zone.

By wearing the belt around your middle, it provides an added intensity aimed at your abdominals that is supposed to increase the rate at which fat is burned.

What Are the Results of the Belly Fat Burner Belt?

The human body is a mysterious thing. You cannot shed fat or burn calories from a specific area without burning calories from other areas as well. Fat is shed in unison throughout your body as you progress through your workout routine.

There is simply no way to lose weight from a specific part of your body. If you are burning calories, they are being burned from your body’s entire fat supply.

According to the USDA’s Nutrition website, you should develop an eating pattern that not only meets nutrient requirements but also stays within the calorie limits that fits your body and metabolism. This is a large part of shedding fat and becoming healthy.

About 50 percent of fat is subcutaneous, meaning that it is stored just below the skin. By incorporating cardiovascular exercises (which raise your heart rate) into your workout routine for at least 20 minutes five days a week, your body has no choice but to start burning that fat. The assumption that you can do little or no exercising and burn enough calories to melt away belly fat is absurd.

Most belts are not FDA approved because they pose a danger when they are set at a high intensity. But set at a lower and thereby safer setting does not always elicit enough of a charge to produce the promised results.
