It’s time for a reality check: How many of you are as fit as Fit Grandpa?
For those of you who aren’t sure what we’re talking about, we’ll explain. At the 2016 Rio Olympics, Wayne McEntire rose to fame at 69 years of age by doing a version of the human flag on a subway just to prove that he’s not a fragile old man.
After a courteous subway passenger offered the “elderly” man his seat, McEntire turned to his favorite exercise to decline the offer.
Check out McEntire’s strength in the video below:
Now back to our original question. Are you as fit as Wayne McEntire, a.k.a. Fit Grandpa? Our guess is probably not, especially when you factor in McEntire’s age.
So let’s use McEntire’s example as motivation this week. Get out there and train so that you can wow subway passengers (or those gym guys you’ve been trying to impress) with skills like Fit Grandpa’s!
