In the video below, an ice hockey athlete, Elie DeCaprio, who trains at MBSC pushed her strength to the max by doing a Turkish Get-Up with a 36-kg kettlebell! That’s 79.3 lbs. lifted with one arm!

This Turkish Get-Up may not be the steadiest, but it’s still a show of strength, a personal record, and an achievement. And, in our experience, raw strength usually doesn’t look pretty or perfect—think about all that sweat and soreness.
