In 2015, one man’s record-setting squats blew our minds. Josh Spaeth claimed the title as the world record holder for the most weighted squats in one minute when he squatted 504 pounds 22 times in one minute!
That’s a grand total of 11,101 pounds! To up the insanity, Josh has been a powerlifter for just five years, and he trained six months for his world record attempt.
