For this workout, Suzanne suggests using a light resistance band. Suzanne also recommends doing this workout as a circuit: do 8-12 reps for each exercise without any break between reps or exercises.
The great part about this workout is that you can do it anywhere! Resistance bands are small enough that you can easily slip them in your pocket, bag, or suitcase and be workout-ready anytime!
