With the Exercise.com Workout Plan Creator, you can easily manage and expand your Flex Plans. This article explains how to add another week to your Flex Plan using the Exercise.com app.
Tap the Plans section to view your existing workout plans.
Tap Add Plan to start creating a new workout plan.
Tap Add Flex Plan to choose the flexible workout plan type.
Tap Build Workout to start customizing your routine.
Tap Saved Routine to open your list of saved workouts.
Add a workout on the last day of your current week to trigger an additional week in your plan.
You’ll see that adding a workout on the final day automatically creates a new week in your Flex Plan.
