How to Add Nutrition Goals for Rest Days in Addition to Training Days

With Exercise.com’s powerful member management software, you can personalize nutrition guidance for your clients on both training days and rest days. Follow this guide to update rest day nutrition goals in a client’s profile.

1. Click the Clients Tab

From your Dashboard, click the Clients tab to access your client list.

2. Select a Client

Click on the client you want to update to open their profile.

3. Open the Nutrition Tab

Click the Nutrition tab to view nutrition settings for this client.

4. Click Rest Day Goals

In the Nutrition Goals section, click Rest Day Goals to view and edit rest day targets.

5. Click Edit

Click the Edit button to update the client’s rest day nutrition goals.

6. Enter Macro Targets

Enter values for Carbs, Protein, Fat, and Fiber.

7. Set Total Calories

Turn on the toggle to auto-calculate calories or enter a total calorie value manually.

8. Add Notes (Optional)

Enter any helpful notes or click Paste Notes Template to insert your saved template.

9. Save Rest Day Goals

Click Save to apply your updates.

You’ve successfully updated rest day nutrition goals for your client. Setting separate targets for training and rest days helps clients stay on track with personalized, goal-focused nutrition planning.
