How do I add / remove tags based on assessment answers?

Here’s how to add or remove tags based on assessment answers, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click on the “Assessments” tab from the left side bar.

Step 2: Create or edit an assessment.

Step 3: On the Rules tab, click on the “+Add Rule” link.

Step 4: Click the “+Add Formula” link to add your first formula to this rule.

Step 5: Use the “Add Question” dropdown to add your first variable to the formula.

Choose question “Value” if you want to use the client’s answer(s), or choose question “Points” if you want to use the points a client receives for their answer(s), based on your assessment scoring setup. Note: You must enable assessment scoring and set up point values for different answers in order to use question “Points”.

Step 6: Enter the value/points for the question and select “Tag Client” or “Remove tag from Client” from the “New Rule Result” drop-down.

Select the tag(s) to add or remove and save the Assessment.
