Here’s how to opt in to allowing clients to add coupons to their ongoing subscriptions, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on “Customize Platform” on the left side bar.
Step 2: On Platform Settings, check the “Allow Coupons for Existing Subscriptions” box.
Scroll down and save.
Now you can opt in to allowing clients to add coupons to their ongoing subscriptions!
