Here’s How to Apply a Coupon to a Client’s Existing Subscription, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Hover over the gear icon next to the client and select “Payment Details” from the fly out menu.
Step 2: Click on the edit icon under Coupon next to the subscription you would like to add a coupon to.
Step 3: Enter the coupon code and click on the arrow.
You can also use the “create coupon” and “manage coupons” links to get a coupon code.
Step 4: Confirm that you would like to apply the coupon.
You can view the coupons that have been applied to the client’s subscriptions.
