With Asset Management on Exercise.com for Business, you can easily set up a customizable schedule to manage client sessions and reservations of rooms, equipment, or rental spaces while preventing double bookings for your staff.
Our goal is to make it easy to manage the availability of your Assets (rooms, equipment, or rental space) seamlessly within your existing booking schedule.
Assets are resources you want to make available for clients to reserve at specific times. These can include rooms, equipment, or areas that can be scheduled for use — even without a staff member assigned.
Click the Schedule section to begin managing your assets.
Click Locations to view and manage different asset locations.

Click to open the Location Management options.

Click Manage Assets to access the asset management interface.

Examples of Assets include:
Sub-Assets allow you to group multiple similar Assets under a single “Parent” Asset. Each Sub-Asset can have its own availability, and you can also book all Sub-Assets at once.
Click New Asset to start adding a new asset to the system.

Fill out the asset details form as needed.

Click Edit Asset to modify asset details.

Click Save Asset to apply and store your changes.

Organizing your assets into Sub-Assets helps prevent scheduling conflicts and allows more flexible bookings for your clients.
You can make your Assets available without assigning a staff member by disabling staff requirements when creating or editing Availability Schedules and Sessions:
Once you have a Location set up, you’ll see the option to Manage Assets for that Location.

Contact your CSM if you have any questions about getting started.
Existing sessions won’t be affected when you add new Assets — even if you set up default Assets for a Service. Only new sessions will use the Assets once they are configured.
When adding Assets to your Service settings, you can choose whether your Assets and Sub-Assets are available for additional clients to book at the same time.
Click Services to manage service-related asset configurations.

Click to view your service options.

Click Edit Service to modify service information.

Click Asset Management to adjust asset-related settings.
