How do I backdate a client’s subscription?

With the Exercise.com for Business platform, you can easily backdate a client’s subscription to match their billing or training schedule. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to the Accounts Section

Click the Accounts section to access client profiles.

2. Select Client Account

Click the client’s account to open their details.

3. Open Packages Tab

Click the Packages tab to view the client’s subscription options.

4. Add New Package

Click Add Package to start creating a new subscription package.

5. Select Package

Click the plus (+) icon next to the item you want to assign to the client.

6. Open Bag Items

Click Item in Bag to review selected package items.

7. Open Package Details

Click Details to view the package information and confirm that it’s the correct subscription.

8. Customize Package

Click Customize to modify the package settings, including the start date.

9. Enter Subscription Start Date

Enter the desired back date in the Subscription Start Date field.

Note: Only authorized staff can backdate subscriptions. Ensure your permissions allow editing package start dates.

10. Apply Date Change

Scroll down and click Apply to confirm the backdated subscription date.

11. Confirm Package Details

Reopen Package Details to Confirm Changes.

12. Proceed to Checkout

Once the subscription date is confirmed, click Proceed to Checkout to begin the payment process.

Click Review Order to verify the final subscription and billing details.

Click Charge to finalize the backdated subscription payment.
