Block Scoring Overview
Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to include block scoring workouts in the workout creator.
This guide will cover how to add block scoring in the workout creator, logging the workout on the web and how the score results are displayed in a leaderboard.
1. Create Text Block
In the workout creator, click on the square icon to add a text block.
2. Select the Text Block
Select the newly created text block.
3. Enter Details
Enter the details for the block including title, description and the scoring type.
4. Moving Text Blocks
Moving a text block using the arrows will move it above or below the adjacent block and cannot be grouped into another block.
5. Add Exercises
Exercises and additional text blocks can be added below or above by clicking on the plus icon.
6. Search Exercise
Search to add exercise or click on the square icon to add another text block.
7. Log this Workout
Text block workouts can be logged on the web from the client’s journal. Click on the “Log this Workout” button.
8. Enable/Disable
In the web logger, the user has the option to enable or disable prescribed for each text block.
9. Enter Scores
Notice each text block has its own scoring. Enter the score for each text block.
10. Log Workout
Workout scoring can also be enabled in addition to the individual block scoring. Click on ‘Log Workout’.
11. View Summary
View score results in the workout summary on the journal.
12. RX – Scaled
If the workout is part of a leaderboard calendar, each block will have 2 tabs at the top of the leaderboard page. One for Prescribed (RX) and one for Scaled.
13. Block A Scaled
Clicking on the tab will display the results for that block.
