Here’s how to set a client’s subscription to cancel on a specific date in the future, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Hover over the gear icon next to the client and select “Payment Details” from the fly out menu.
Step 2: Click on the cancel icon next to the subscription.
Step 3: Click on the “Cancel On Date” option.
Step 4: Select the future date and confirm the cancellation.
Now you can set a client’s subscription to cancel on a specific date in the future!
