With the Exercise.com workout software, you can easily change the starting workout in your app. Here’s how:
Tap “Programs” in the bottom navigation bar to start a workout plan.
Select your preferred workout plan.
Tap “Start Plan” to begin your workout plan.
Tap “Start Today” to begin the workout plan immediately, or tap “Choose a Different Start Date” to start on your preferred date.
Tap “Follow Recommended Schedule” to use the preset workout days, or tap “Customize Your Schedule” to select your preferred workout days.
After setting up your workout days, tap “Continue”.
You can enable “Email Me Helpful Tips and Resources” to get the most out of this plan, and enable “Email Workout Reminders” to receive notifications for your scheduled workouts. Then, tap “Continue”.
Review the start date, workout days, first workout, notifications, and pause & stop settings. Then, tap “Start” to begin your workout plan.
