How do I charge a client when adding to a group?

Within our Gym Management Software, you have the ability to charge a client when adding them to a group.

Starting from the “Clients” tab on your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to use this feature.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Hover over the gear icon next to the client and select “Group Memberships” from the fly out menu.

Step 2: Click on the “Add to Group” button.

Step 3: Select a group from the drop-down list.

Step 4: Select the price from the drop-down list.

Step 5: Customize the options.

You can add a coupon code, a future start date, or a backdate. Click on the “Select Payment” button to continue.

Step 6: Select a payment method and click on the “Show Purchase Summary” button.

Step 7: Click on the “Confirm and Charge” button.

Now, you can charge a client when adding to a group!
