How do I charge a service cancellation fee?

Within our Gym Management Software, you have the ability to charge a service cancellation fee.

Starting from the “Schedule” tab on your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to use this feature.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Select “Manage Services” from the drop-down list and create or edit a service.

Step 2: Enter an amount in the Cancellation Fee box.

Scroll down and click on the “Save” button.

Step 3: You can charge a client the cancellation fee from the session by clicking on the “Mark Late Cancel With Fee” link.

Now, you can charge service cancellation fees!
