How do I set up automatic reminders for my clients?
Hereās how to set up automatic reminders for your clients within your Gym Management Software.
Starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on “Customize Platform” on the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click on the “Client Automation” tab.
Step 3: Click on the “Filter Automations” drop-down list and select “Remind User/Send Recurring Content”.
Step 4: Click on the “Remind User/Send Recurring Content” button.
Step 5: Click on the edit icon next to “When?” to customize the settings.
You can choose how many days, weeks, or months, as well as the time. Click on the “done editing” link to continue.
Step 6: Click on the edit icon next to “Why?” to customize the settings.
You can select “Custom Message” and click on the “done editing” link or select “Custom Reminder” and customize the additional settings.
For “Custom Reminder” you can choose how many workout(s), Measurement(s), assigned assessment(s), or progress photo(s) have not been completed within the time frames listed. Click on the “done editing” link to continue.
Step 7: Click on the edit icon next to “Who?” and customize the settings.
You can select clients with tags or without tags. There is also the option to select clients from a specific location or group.
Step 8: Click the edit icon next to “How?” and customize the settings.
You can select email, in-app notification, or text message. Click on the “done editing” link to continue.
Step 9: Click on the edit icon next to “Message” and type your custom message.
Click on the “done editing” link and then the “Save” button.
Now, you can set up automatic reminders for your clients!
