Send Message Automation – Completed Visits

Here’s how to create an automation for a one time message for a certain amount of completed visits, starting from the “Automations” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: From the “Create new Automation” drop-down, select “Send a Message: One Time”.
Step 2: Click on the edit icons to customize the automation settings.
Step 3: For “When?” select “Checked in/Completed a Visit” from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Select the service and the number of visits completed to trigger the message.
Specify when the message will be sent after the set amount of visits has been completed, by selecting between minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months.
Step 5: For “Who?” customize who has completed the visits that will trigger the message.
You can keep All Clients if the automation will apply to all clients who completed the visits or you can select clients by tags (with or without specified tags), by group or by location.
Step 6: For “Send To?” select who will receive the message.
You can send the message to the client or select a staff member.
Step 7: For “How?” select the message delivery method.
Step 8: For “Message” customize the message.
Save the automation.
Now you send a one time message after a set amount of completed visits!
