With the assessment tools in your Exercise.com for Business platform, you can create custom rules that show a message on your kiosk after someone completes a check-in assessment. This guide will walk you through every step to set up a kiosk message that appears automatically after a member checks in.

Click the Account tab on your Dashboard to get started with your assessment settings.

Select Assessments to view all assessments available on your platform.

Click Add a new assessment to create a new assessment that will trigger your kiosk message.

Click the Rules tab to set what actions should happen when someone finishes the assessment.

Click + Add Rule to create a new action for this assessment.

Click Select Action to choose what happens after the assessment is completed.

Select Kiosk Check In Message. This option allows you to show a custom message on the kiosk immediately after check-in.

Enter the message you want your members to see on the kiosk after completing the check-in assessment.

Click Save Assessment to apply your rule and custom kiosk message.

Click Customize Platform to set how check-in assessments appear during scheduling.

Select Scheduling to manage when and how check-in assessments appear to your members.

Open the Check In Assessment dropdown and choose the assessment you just updated.

Scroll down and click Save to apply your final settings.

You’re all set! Your kiosk will now display your custom message after someone checks in and completes this assessment. This makes it easy to guide members, share reminders, or celebrate progress right on the kiosk screen.
