How to Customize Client Account Alerts
This guide will walk you through how to show / hide different client status alerts, and how to choose which alerts to highlight in red.
1. Click “Account”
Navigate to the “Account” tab.
2. Click “Customize Platform”
Click on the “Customize Platform” tab on the left side bar.
3. Click “Client Settings”
Go to the “Client Settings” section.
4. Select Alerts to Hide
In the “Client Alerts” section, select alerts to hide from the drop down list. The alerts selected will be hidden on several different locations on the platform.
5. Click “Save”
Scroll down and click “Save” to implement changes.
6. Verify Alerts are Hidden on Clients List
Back on the “Clients” tab, verify that the selected alerts are no longer visible.
7. Verify Alerts are Hidden in Sessions
When adding clients to a session, verify the alerts are no longer visible.
8. Verify Alerts are Hidden on Check In Page
When clients are checking in, verify the alerts are no longer visible.
How to Choose Which Alerts to Highlight in Red
9. Go back to the “Customize Platform” menu.
To display alerts as red go back to the “Account” tab and click on the “Customize Platform” tab on the left side bar.
10. Click “Client Settings”
Go back to the “Client Settings” section.
11. Select Alerts to Display as Red
This time select alerts from the “Select Alerts to show as Red” drop down list. The alerts selected will be shown in red.
12. Click “Save”
Then, click “Save” to implement changes.
13. Verify Alerts are Displayed Red on Clients List
Back on the “Clients” tab, verify the selected alerts display as red.
14. Verify Alerts are Displayed Red in Sessions
When adding clients to a session, verify the alerts display as red.
15. Verify Alerts are Displayed Red on Check in Page
When clients are checking in, verify the alerts display in red.
