How to Customize Scenarios for Automatic Account Transfers to the “Client” Lifecycle Stage

Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to customize scenarios for automatic account transfers to the “Client” lifecycle stage.
This guide will cover how to customize scenarios to automatically transition the account to the “Client” lifecycle stage.
1. Groups
Navigate to the “Groups” section.
2. Select Group
Click the three dots to access and manage the group settings.
3. Edit Group
Select “Edit Group” from the menu.
4. Group Settings
Go to the settings tab.
5. Select Lifecycle Stage
Select the lifecycle stage that an account will transition to when joining this group.
6. Save Group
Save the changes made to the group.
7. Client
Select a client and access their group memberships.
8. Client Lifecycle
Navigate to the Client’s Lifecycle stage to verify if the assigned lifecycle stage has transitioned correctly according to the group settings.
9. Account
Navigate to the “Account” section.
10. Assessments
Access the “Assessments” tab from the expanded menu.
11. Edit an Assessment
Edit an assessment.
12. Enable Account Creation
Select the option “Check to enable account creation upon completion.” Selecting this will allow users to create an account automatically once they successfully complete the assessment.
13. Transition Lifecycle Stage
Next, go to the “Transition to this lifecycle stage after completion” dropdown and select “Client” from the list. This ensures that once the account is created, it will automatically transition to the designated Client lifecycle stage.
14. Lifecycle
Access the “Lifecycle” tab within the “Account” section to manage and modify the client lifecycle stage settings.
15. Edit Client Lifecycle Stage
Editing the Client lifecycle stage allows you to customize its settings.
16. Lifecycle Stage Setting for Package Purchased
Enable the “Automatically transition accounts to the Client stage when a package is purchased” setting. Once a client purchases a package, their account will automatically transition to the Client lifecycle stage.
17. Lifecycle Stage Setting for Visit Booked
Enable the “Automatically transition accounts to the Client stage when a visit is booked” setting. Once a client books a visit, their account will automatically transition to the Client lifecycle stage.
18. Lifecycle Stage Setting for Managers and Dependents
Enable the “Automatically transition manager and dependent accounts to the Client stage when a relationship is created” setting. Once a client establishes a manager or dependent relationship, their account will automatically transition to the Client lifecycle stage.
19. Automations
Navigate to the “Automations” tab.
20. Create New Automation
Click “Create New Automation” to get started.
21. Select Automation
From the list, select “Assign a Staff Member” for this example. This will let you trigger an automation that assigns a staff member.
22. Assign Staff Member Conditions
Set up the conditions to automatically assign a staff member and transition the client’s lifecycle stage
23. Assign an Assessment
Assign an Assessment will let you trigger an automation that assigns an assessment.
24. Assign Assessment Conditions
Set up conditions to automatically transition the client’s lifecycle stage once they have completed and submitted the assessment.
25. Assign/Import Plan
Assign or Import Plan will will let you trigger an automation that assigns and imports a plan.

Set up conditions to assign or import a plan and automatically transition the client’s lifecycle stage
