Here’s how to Edit a Completed Assessment, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Hover over the gear icon next to the client and select “Assessments” from the fly out menu.
Step 2: Click on the gear icon for the assessment you would like to edit.
Step 3: Make changes and click on the “Update Assessment” button.
Now you can Edit a Completed Assessment!
