How do I export contact information for my clients, group members, and free member accounts?

Here’s how to export contact information for your clients, group members and free member accounts, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Filter the clients you want to export contact information for.
Step 2: Select the clients from the filtered list individually or all by using provided links.
Step 3: Click on the “+ Additional Actions” link and select “Export Clients” from the drop down.
Step 4: Confirm the export.
You will receive a notification that your client data is exporting and will be notified when completed.
To export contact information for group members, start from the groups tab of your dashboard.
Step 1: View group.
Step 2: Click on “Members” from the left side bar.
Step 3: Click on the “Export Member Info” link.
Step 4: Confirm export of group members.
You will receive a notification that your member data is exporting and will be notified when completed.
To export contact information for free member accounts, start from the clients tab of your dashboard.
Step 1: Click on the “Manage Non-Clients” link.
Step 2: Click on “+Actions” and select “Export Account Info” from the drop-down.
Step 3: Click on “Exclude Clients” to confirm.
You will receive a notification that your account data is exporting and will be notified when completed.
