With the Exercise.com Workout Logger, you can quickly access and log your favorite workouts. This guide will show you how.
Tap the ‘Log Workout’ button in the bottom navigation bar.
Select a workout date, then choose ‘Favorite Workout’. When prompted, pick the workout you want to log from your list of favorite workouts, and continue logging the workout as usual.
