GDPR – Data Protection Agreement

Posted by Support Team on September 10, 2020 — Updated on September 10, 2020

If you are using Exercise.com as a customer and have agreed to our terms of service, you do not need to sign an additional Data Protection Agreement. As of May 25th 2018, our user terms of service include a provision to ensure compliance with GDPR.

If you are a Partner or a customer who needs further documentation of compliance with Exercise.com acting as a Processor (for example, as a customer who processes their own user’s data through Exercise.com or as a Partner who integrates directly with Exercise.com) please contact us ([email protected]) if a countersigned DPA is necessary.

Here is an unsigned DPA: PDF Download

You may email [email protected] for further information, or refer back to our detailed GDPR help page for common questions and clarifications.
