How to Generate and View a Report

To generate and view reports on your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.
Introducing additional features that enhance the experience of viewing and generating reports.
1. Account
Navigate to the “Account” section.
2. Reports
Access the Reports.
3. Fill in the Search field
On the Reports page, search for the report you need and simply select from the filtered results.
4. Filters
Select a date range if applicable and any combination of the available filters for the report.
5. Refresh Report
Refresh the report data.
6. Check the Loading Icon.
Once you refresh the report, a loading icon should appear, and it will remain visible until the results are displayed.
7. Export
When you click on the “Export” button, a new tab will open, and the CSV file will be generated.
8. Downloaded CSV Report
After the CSV is successfully downloaded, you can verify that the data matches the information displayed on the web page.
9. Import Into Google Sheets
A new prompt window should display where you can select the “Copy Function and Refresh Report” button.
10. Copy Function and Refresh Report
When “Copy Function and Refresh Report” is selected, the formula will be automatically copied. You can then paste the formula into a blank Google sheet to view the data.
11. Loading Copy Function and Refresh Report
Check the loading feature when “Copy Function and Refresh Report” is selected.
12. Paste Copied Link
Utilize the import data function to bring your report data directly into the google sheet.
13. Verify Data Matches
After it is successfully imported in the google sheet, you can verify that the data matches the information displayed in the report on the web page.
14. Customize Report
Select the Customize Report button.
15. Customize Report
In the Customize Report prompt window, you can edit the column name by clicking on the edit icon. To change the column order you can drag the specified icon. To hide or unhide a column just check or uncheck the box. Save the changes.
16. Search Report Field
You can search within the report by entering terms into the “Search Report” field.
17. Numeric Data
When there are columns that have numeric and/or currency data it should have the ability the get the sum and it should be correct.
These enhanced features make report customization and viewing more streamlined and accessible.
