Guided Logger Overview
With the Exercise.com Guided Logger, your workouts are delivered in a video-focused format that takes your clients through the entire workout, including auto-advancing to the next screen if your exercises are done for time. Here’s an overview of how the Guided Logger works:
1. Start with Workout Instructions.
Your workout instructions will be the first thing clients see when they start their workout.

2. Any instructions for a workout block will be shown before starting that block.

8. Focus on rest time!
The guided logger includes a brand new rest screen to encourage your clients to take the full rest time that your workouts call for.

9. Enable Guided Logger workouts in workout calendar settings.
