How to Set Up a Booking Page
To set up a booking page in your gym management software platform, start from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard and follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on the “Customize Platform” tab on the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click on the “Scheduling Settings” tab.
Step 3: Customize the settings.
General Settings
From here you can set your “Cancellation Policy” by entering the number of hours a session should be cancelled by. You can also specify if you would like to offer any “Free Classes” by entering the number of free visits an account can book from your public booking page for any service before they are required to pay.
Limit Booking
Checking the “Limit Booking” box will bring up the option to limit booking days. Entering a number for “A client can ONLY book up to this many days from now” will restrict booking of any sessions past “x” days from now.
Below is an example of what a client will see if trying to book past the “x” days.
Entering a number in the “A client can ONLY book more than this many days from now” will only allow a client to book sessions “x” days from now.
Below is an example of what a client will see if trying to book before the “x” days.
Booking Calendar View
By default, the schedule is list view. Checking the “Use Booking Calendar” box will change the schedule to the calendar view below.
Hide Spots Remaining
By default, the booking page will show the spots remaining for each session. Checking the “Hide Spots Remaining” box will hide the spots remaining column.

Booking Filters
You can customize your public booking page with filters for your clients to use when searching for available sessions.
Below is an example of using location and service filters.
You can also make filters required for clients to use before viewing available sessions.

Package Filters
You can also add filters for your package purchasing page. Your clients can use filters when searching for available packages.

Allow Check In Settings
Require Payment: Checking this option will require clients to purchase a package before booking an appointment.
Allow Booking from an Available Schedule: Allows clients to book a service based on the times available.
Open Gym Check-in: This option will allow clients to check-in without booking a session.
Use First/Last Name: Require clients to check in with their first and last name instead of their email address.
Check-In Assessment: Select an assessment for clients to complete when checking in at the gym kiosk.
Kiosk Link: Kiosk link for check-ins.
Click on the “Save” button. Now you can set up a booking page!
