With the Exercise.com workout platform, you can easily import a workout plan into your calendar multiple times in a row. This guide will walk you through the steps.
Click “Accounts” to access your account settings and options.
Click the triple-dot menu to view more action items.
Click “View Calendar” to open your workout schedule.
Click the import icon to view import options.
Click “Import Plan” to start importing a workout plan.
Search for and select your desired workout plan.
Enter how many times you want the workout plan to repeat in your calendar.
Click “Add to Calendar” to add the selected workout plan occurrences to your calendar.
