How to Add Initials Within Waivers

Using your gym management software, you can add initials within a waiver.
Here’s how to add initials within a waiver, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on the “Customize Platform” tab on the left sidebar.
Step 2: On the “Platform Settings” tab scroll down to “Require Waiver”.
Step 3: Add {{initials}} anywhere in the waiver that you would like a text box for the client to enter his initials.
Scroll down and click “Save”.
You can enter {{initials}} anywhere in the platform-wide waiver, a package contract, or a waiver in an assessment. When a user signs the waiver, a text box will be in the place of {{initials}} where the user can enter their initials into the waiver. All initial fields will be required in order to submit the waiver/contract.
Below is an example of how the initials text box will display. The text box will be placed on a new line by itself.
Now, you can add initials within waivers!
